Thursday, October 28th-Trip to "Nightmare on 13th" haunted house. Ranked yearly as one of Americas top haunted houses, this attraction will not disappoint. Shuttles will run from Pinnacle over to TRAX. TRAX stop at 13th south is a short walk from the stop. TRAX is $4 for a roundtrip ticket. This haunted house is $20. JP has $5 off coupons making the price $15. Shuttles leave Pinnacle promptly at 6pm.
Friday, October 29th-Costume contest here at Neumont. Costumes will be judged at lunch in the commons. Prizes will be given in multiple catergories.
Saturday, October 30th- H vs. Z!!!!!! Nerf battle, Humans vs. zombies style. We will be joining a community meet up group. Hundreds of participants are expected for this free event. Bring your own Nerf weaponry. Shuttles leave Pinnacle at 3:30pm. 20 spots are available for shuttles. Sign up with JP in room 217.

FLU SHOTS!!!!!
Flu shots will be available Wednesday, October 20th, from 11am-1pm in the library. CNS will be providing the Flu shots and will accept the following insurances: Altius, Blue Cross, DMBA, PEHP, Select Health, Summit Care, United Health Care, Medicare Part B, Some Medical Advantage Plans. If you dont have insurance, you can purchase a flu shot in the bookstore for $25. You will then use your reciept as your ticket for the shot. If you have any questions please talk to Corrine or JP.
Neumont University is invited to the University of Utah's Black Pumpkin Affair!!!!
$5 and your Neumont Student ID gets you into University of Utah's largest fall event. The Black Pumpkin Affair is a huge college party at the University of Utah. The event has bands, dj's, psychics, massage, hypnotists, owl and reptile shows, magicians and more. This event gives Neumont students a chance to meet other college students attending other regional Universities and Colleges. The event is this Friday, October 22nd. Shuttles will leave Pinnacle at 9pm and return at midnight or later depending when the group wants to come back. Only 20 spots are available on the shuttles. Neumont Field Day
Saturday, August 28th, from 1pm-4pm, will be our first ever Neumont Field Day. The event will be at Riverfront Park just south of the school. Activities will include basketball, volleyball, croquet, bocce, badmitton and ultimate frisbee. We will also throw in some four square, kickball, water games, dodgeball, races and hopscotch to rewind the clock a bit. Shuttles to the event from Pinnacle at 12:45 and 1pm.

NERD A PALOOZA
Nerd A Palooza has been postponed to next Saturday, August 21st to make room for more bands and more ROCK!!!! This epic event begins @ noon and will last throughout the night here at the University.
- BBQ from noon-1pm
- Battle of the Rock Bands: $10 band entry fee. Min. of 2/ max. of 4 in each band. Great prizes. Bands judged on skill level as well as other criteria.
- Sign your band up on the white board in the game room.

Solitude Trip This Saturday/Raging Waters next Saturday!
GEEKS TAKE OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND BEACHES!!!!
This Saturday, July 31st, we will be headed up to Solitude Mountain Resort for some hiking and mountain biking. We will leave the Pinnacle clubhouse promptly at 11am and spend most of the day at the resort. Bring your own lunch and bike or rent a brand new full suspension bike at the mountain.
Next Saturday, August 7th will be our annual trip to Raging Waters Waterpark. Limited discount tickets and shuttle space available. Shuttles will leave at 1pm on Saturday and return at about 7pm that night. Order Olympic events and lots of fun at the waterpark.
Please see JP or Corrine in Student Affairs to sign up for either or both events.
